Hmm...I haven't heard of this problem before. You might want to check if there is an update to Max Media Pro Manager that fixes your problem. Check their website or call the company if you payed for this program.
Also, in reality, if you're just using it to load pics and music, you don't need any kind of program, you can just copy and paste your files into the appropriate folders. |

Well, since you bought the program, you should look for a way to contact the company that made it and they should be able to offer you support.
As far as just dragging and dropping files, it's really simple. After you plug your PSP into your PC and enter USB mode on the PSP, it will show up on your computer as an external drive. To find it just go into the Start menu > My Computer > PSP (it should be either D:, E:, or F: drive). Open it up and you should see all the folders on your memory stick. Then all you have to do is open the folder with the media you want to put on your PSP and right click the file you want to copy and select copy. Go back to the PSP Window, find the folder that corresponds to your file (MUSIC for music etc.) and right click in the Window again and select paste. After you eject your PSP your files should be on your PSP. |

for videos you have to create a second folder inside the music folder and also name the movie files with a different name cant remember off the top of my head. Hope this helps and someone else can fill in the gaps i left.:P

Use PSP Video 9 to convert your files into PSP format. Just do a google search. The program will even place your videos into the correct folder for you. It's really simple and free. Make sure you follow the directions as most problems I've seen are caused by people just not following directions properly.
