USD??? That doesn't make any sense, unless it's in really bad shape and doesn't have a charger, batter or memory stick.

My cousin just traded his in at Gamestop lastweek and they gave him $120. He also traded in a DS Lite and got $70 for it, so it doesn't make sense they would offer you lower than that for a system that's more expensive.

If I were you, I'd try calling around to other stores in your area and ask what they're giving for PSPs.

yeah i told them i wanted to get cash 1st then i asked them how much i could possibly get for it and they said 40.

He was with someone in the military or the Gamestop person wants him... Probably the first. You need to be in the military in order to get $120, retired is fine. You can get the same storecredit or cash if you're in the military. If not, you get like 15% less for cash.

I need to find all the cords for my original Xbox, they'll give me $60 for it.
