If this person is a paypal user they are almost certainly not 12 and may also be a professional scammer. I'd just get the relevant authorites involved.

You do know that it is very easy to make a paypal account, even if you are underage, you just put a different age in the info. So he might just be 12.

I have a paypal account, I'm 15, I made it when I was 14. Also, it doesn't matter if the FBI comes, I no longer have anything, I accidentally formatted my hard drive...
