Lol, ya but it turns out he was not for sale. Well, I am going to own him, one of my friends dad is the head my neighboring towns police force and he will be helping me get the FBI involved to stop this scammer and, well own him. He will be charged with internet fraud and piracy(sells illegally downloaded games). Lol, and he claims to be 12 and I belive the forum age limit is 13 so thats another thing that can be added. And if he's not 12 like he says he is, well, some major fines and jail time.

FBI handles online fraud. If this is a serous matter involving money, then they should get involved. Its not like they are going to break down his door and drag him out to jail, but they will take action if this matter is big enough.
