Yah, even if this guy would be trustworthy and all, I know he wont give me back my money. Before I had asked him to do that when he had kept on delaying and he was refusing to give it back, therfore I dought it will be any different here

Nope, never came. I paid first class too... I am really PO'd at this guy. Hasn't answered any of my PM's either. If this guy doesnt respond...I mean, I know his adress, Phone number, Name, ebay account, Age, messanger accounts and everything, if he just doesnt respond to me, I will turn his world upside down. I will reveal all of his personal information to the public, hes 12 so theres a chance there might be some strange people knocking on his door(lol). He has no idea what he thought he was getting into, hell, just sueing his A$$ mabye fun to do even though it was only 100$. Man, lol, what do you guys think?

just file the complain with paypal or something, don't reveal his personal info because he will end up sueing you for it, there's the data protection act in place for a reason.

I would go to paypal. Be quick though, its a 60 day time limti to file the complaint.

They are really good, i settled a dispute through them a while back, i had solid evidence so they were cool with it.

Are you sure they are really fast? I had an eBay dispute over a guy not shipping the game that I ordered, after like 3 weeks, I received only $4.99 back out of $19.99 that I paid.
