Scammed on PSP Forum - PSP-Forum.com

Well, after saving up for around 3 months now, I finally came up with the money to buy the much awaited, PSP. Timmy123 had contacted me that he was selling one. He was giving me 100$ shipped from the UK(I live in the US) so I decided that this might be the PSP I was looking for. I finally commited to buy. I sent him 80$, then when I would see it was shipped, would pay the other 20. He claimed to have sent it and gave me a tracking number, I still waited till it showed up to send the money. It didn't show up, he then claimed to have got the package back from Fedex and was now set for a 2 month vacation, with my 80$. I have been unable to contact him and wont be able to for 2 months now and have been screwed. I thought I could trust him, he gave me pics of it with his name next to it, his Ebay feedback and stuff like that. Now, I am left with no money and do not know what to do now...

I filed a claim with paypal, I dought it will go anywhere though...
