No one here is going to pay $400 for something that is worth less than half that mate. With the various downgraders now available, 1.5 PSPs are not worth what they used to be.
I suggest you check out the value of what you are selling before posting on a forum mate. EDIT - I have taken the link out as you are selling it with a disk full of ISOs.
