Default PSP wanted.

I want a PSP from someone in the UK and I don't mind what firmware it has on it although the lower the better. I will pay good money and extra for a decent memory card. I'm not bothered about games as this will be my spare unit but I will have any I don't already own if the price is right. You would need to send first but being the admin here it goes without saying I can be trusted and you will get the money straight away.

Let me know

Come on people. Surely someone in the UK has a PSP they want rid of quick?

I heard that you guys are getting a new pack that si as basic as you can get. Comes with PSP, Charger, and Battery.

I think it's gonna be around 150 USD, which is about 85 GBP (Since not everyone uses the Euro )

Sounds good but the rule of thumb with technology here is that you can pretty much take the US dollars and do a straight conversion to pounds to get the cost. Although it is only $150 there it will probably be no less than £130 here (even though that is over $200 after conversion). I would want more than just a PSP for that. Thanks for the info though.

EDIT: PSP 'Base Pack' released in thr UK for...guess what? £150. F*cking typical. Should have bought it in the US while I was there.

Bump. So there is no one in the UK with a PSP for sale? Amazing that. Come on - anyone have an unwanted PSP?

I will also do a straight swap for a Blaupunkt DAB53 car head unit that I have. It has an inbuilt Dab tuner and plays MP3 CDR's - this means up to 12 albums on a single CD. It also has a MMC card slot to allow recording and playback of music. Cost me nearly £400 new and is boxed as new in absolute mint condition having hardly been used. Pic and spec below:-

Quote:

The Woodstock DAB 53 is the world“s first fully integrated digital radio with MP3 technology, and recordable feature! Incredibly easy to use, you can now record from DAB radio in crystal clear sound quality. The Woodstock also includes FM, MW and LW frequencies and can play CD ROMs in standard and MP3 format.

FM, MW, LW
DigiCeiver
30 presets
Dynamic label (Radiotext)
20 presets
Reception of primary and secondary services
Preselection for weather, sport, traffic news
Service-following (DAB/FM, ensemble)
Playback of audio CDs/CD-ROMs
CD-RW-compatible
Disc Naming
CD mix
Disc Management System (DMS)
MMC/SD card reader
MP3 / MP2 (Digital Radio) playback from CD-ROM and MMC/SD
Digital recorder for digital radio
Supports variable bit rates (8-320 kbit)
Playlist (TPM)
4 x 25 W RMS power
4 x 45 W Max. power
Digital parametric 5-band equaliser
AutomaticSound (GALA)
4-channel Preamp-Out (4 V)
Flip release panel
TMC out FM
Pre-equipped for telephone/navigation speech output
Display colour white
Night design red
Front design in anthracite
Steering wheel remote control RC 10 (special accessory)
IR remote control RC 10 H (special accessory)
As you can see, a straight swap for this would be a great deal. PM me for more details and pics if needed.

Acutally the Core Pack is Selling for $200. A used one at EB Games or Gamestop will be $180. OOOooooo, $20 difference. I was wondering how long (or how many times) you were going to bump this thread.

What's your problem Spidey? Have you got an issue with me bumping a thread once or twice a week or something? Bumping is allowed providing it isn't taken to extremes - ie once a day or more. This is the same on any forum.

And as for the price of the core pack in the US, as I live in the UK and wouldn't know what it's US retail value was without doing a search, it's not unreasonable for me to take what Constantine says as truth. Besides, he didn't say it was $150 but 'around $150' and I was basing my comments on that.

I'm sorry dude, I didn't mean anything by it. Just making an observation. My bad. I was also just correcting some misinformation about the price. Again, I didn't mean anything ill willed about it. Friends? *holds out hand for a handshake*

It was just a rumor that I heard. I haven't been to Gamestop in ages, so i wouldn't know what the new packs retail for. I know that I bought mine to $227 which came with PSP, charger, battery, 32mb stick, and Fifa.

Sorry for the, erm, arguments.
