for the high soeed that is a good price but on psp nothing changes it always runs at 80mb per second no matter wht memory stick you have so i get the normal

Not really. When it's in the PSP, it is read and written to at the same speed no matter if the MS is a "High Speed" or not. The only thing that would make any difference is if you are using a USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 port. Of course the USB 2.0 is going to be significantly faster.
