Default Buying brand new PSP fat

I've been offered a brand new psp fat for $120 canadian. Not modded, has firmware 3.80, includes AV charger and two games nba06, Midnight Club3. I want to use this primarily to A)watch movies B)play downloaded games and C)listen to music, all on the way to work. Is this a good deal? Would buying a new psp slim be a better option? The only real difference I can see is the 64mb versus the 32mb.

I personally think that fat is better. And 32mb isnt much of difference, cause u can buy a bigger. And fat is easier to mod.

I think you are confusing the memory cards and ram. You cannot buy more ram. Also the fat is unable to use VoIP service. Finally, the Pandora is probably the easiest and the safest way to mod PSPs out there, and it works on both the fat and the slim.

I think that's a great deal, especially if it really is brand new.
