Exclamation buying broken PSPs
BUYING BROKEN PSPs
-Bricked: $50-70
--LCD screen broken: $40-60
---No Power at all: $20-30

That is what he's probably doing, my uncle buys cheap broken DS/DSL then repairs them and sells them on for a profit.

$30 to $50 seems a bit low for a bricked PSP. All you need to repair it is a Pandora kit.

Pandora battery over here in the UK on eBay are going for silly prices, the most I've seen them go for £45/$90.
