Just a tip, you can get all your Hardware info by pressing Start -> run -> type in dxdiag. Then in the menu that opens, you can look up your system model, processor, memory (ram); and then under the display tab you can check your GPU in the Chip Type, and the GPU memory under Approximate Total Memory in the same tab.
