Default Hello everyone!

Hello everyone, I've just bought my PSP yesterday on eBay. Since I live far away, I should receive it in 2 weeks or more.

Sigh! I came here is just to find something useful for the future, maybe some of your information can be used by me at a later time.

Thanks for your effort making those tuto's, hope they'll help me in the future!

++ A QUESTION : If I use firmware 1.5, can I still access my browser?

Like Kev said, get a custom firmware, same features as Sony's FW, but you can use homebrew on them.

But I see you guys saying it's risky and doing that will brick the PSP.
That's why I don't really think it's a good idea to brick my first console. =(

Yeah it's my first, no kidding.

Is it limited to some versions only to do the custom firmware?

Trust me, bricking is about as possible as you getting killed tonight.

Possible, but highly unlikely, so long as you follow the rules.

Plus, if a brick does occur, then pandoras battery is on your side to resolve that.
