All of them, any Custom Firmware is completely customizable, as well as has homebrew.

Just wondering, would the Chotto Shot PSP Camera work on an English version PSP? Would I need any different FW or would 3.4 OE-A work?

Yes the camera will work on any PSP and yes it will run on 3.40 OE-A

Where would the best place to buy this be? I do not know to much about this. I heard its out in the UK, is that true?

I have the camera Japanese version.
Not opened because i don't really want it. (got it as a gift)

Yes the camera is out in the UK and Japan but I'm not sure if its out in the US.

True, the camera is out in the UK but I strongly advise you to not get it (in my opinion.) The camera can only do around 10-15 sec recording, the camera is around the same as phones these days. Check out the reviews first.
