downgrader for 3.30?

Yeah welcome, as the above two are as useless as a blow-up dartboard in answering your question, yes i believe a 3.30 downgrader will become available, the custom firmware is now out for 3.30 so i would be suprised to see a downgrader not too long away.

I agree with lightt (two T's :lol: ) about the silly question, i mean psp's dont come with 3.30 loaded on them already so it must have been upgraded, and why upgrade if you want to downgrade. But i answered anyways because he might have a valid reason for being on 3.30.

Custom firmwares are made when firmwares are decrypted, not when an exploit it found.

Yeah, like for example, 3.03 OE-A was made quite a while before they stumbled upon the downgrader. Who knows, 3.30 might never be downgradeable, we might have to wait for the PSP version of Home to come out before there's another exploit. But on the other hand, who knows, an exploit could be found 5 minutes from now.
