Hey all this is Jizkid Jnr

I am a veteran of PSP forums all over the globe. I am an expert in help sections, flash problems and homebrew. However, don't ask me about hardware mods (ie: lights, mod-chips etc...) as my first hand knowledge in that section is not fully furnished. Feel free to e-mail me or add my MSN for a helping hand that needs more in-depth explanations or if u just wanted to talk about the less legal stuff (an area of great expertise in me also)

i've been looking around the website and it looks like one of the good ones. Good job!

Yeh the firmwares are at the higher end of my knowledge and I am not afraid to try new downgraders for noobs who are too scared to try it without proof (no offence) :P

I hope that every one enjoys my stay and that i can be of great service to anyone who needs it

Okay, good, as long as you don't talk about it on here.

Try the 3.02 downgrader for me when it comes out, lol.

Also, I just thought of a good question to ask, do you know what type of mobo I have? I'm guessing it's an 086, but I'm not completely sure, there's some metal covering up 1/2 the numbers/letters, but it looks like it says IC6001 or something really close to that. If you could help me at all, that'd be great.

Well i guess that we should continue this conversation in another thread (at least) If you could take a photo then that would be great, but if not, what side is the writing on inside the UMD drive, what is your PSP-ID (eg: PSP-1003) and when did you get it. By your brief description i would presume a TA-086 but whatever you do DO NOT DOWNGRADE YET. You would risk the psp's life. There is a downgrader for TA-086 but i think that it is 2.71 not 3.02 but still, don't!

I know, I'm not that stupid, lol. I know my way around the PSP and homebrew quite well. But to answer your questions, PSP-1001, left side, I got it today, Sony sent it to me on the 26th. The downgraders are up to 2.80, I know they're not up to 3.02 :P

This thread has a picture and more details, but we should try to get it back on topic, same with this one.
