Hi! I'm new around here...

Greetings all
 Hi - am I the oldest old git on this site? 46 yrs old this year! Am currently on the oil rig level of SC Essentials. I am pulling my hair out (whats left of it!) I must be just about at the end of the level I go through a door and a timer starts for an imminent air strike. I run round a couple of corners and there is the technician guy I have been looking for. I interrogate him but then time runs out and I fail the mission. What am I supposed to do?
