Aren't cookies just text files?

How do we remedy this?

Cant you just delete the cookies. What happens when your RAM becomes to low, cant you delete all your cookies, history, cache and stuff like that.

Then the PSP just has to load them again if you're visiting the site, hence making it slower.

It's when you're pusing the boundaries of the internal memory. Either go to some less-graphic related sites, or clear the cache.

It doesn't come all the way out, it just comes out enough to grab it and pull it out.
