Default New PSP owner, need answers to 2 questions.

Hi There,

I have had my PSP about a month, have upgraded to official firmware 4.05, haven't done any modding yet.

The question I have relates to the standard warranty on the device. My wife bought it for my from Toys-r-us, why I have no idea but that's what she did. If I need a repair, do I have to go back to Sony or is there an online service anyone could recommend?

The other question relates to upgrading to the 4.0 series firmware. I am currently on 4.05 and I have been having issues with the home key getting activated without my hands being anywhere near it. It only happens in game. I have been playing need for speed pro street and thought maybe it's a bug in the new firmware and the game. I switched to daxter and the same problem happens. Playing along and then blamo, the "do you want to exit the game screen shows up" - it's getting annoying. Anyone have any experience with this kind of fault, is this a pinched cable for too tight a grip or ???

Thanks,
