Hi there Everyone, Just thought I'd introduce myself as I have been postin on the site over the last week. Did'nt want to be rude and all!! I've been interested in the psp since it arrived in Uk 2005 and bought one shortly after release. I just thought it was something new innoviative-compact!! I think the gaming side has been let down at times by poor ports of other popular games. On the whole the games made specifically with psp in mind are great. I mainly use mine for playing internet games such as Combat ops -Logans Shadow/Dark mirror. Metal Gear games are good too! And have a big collection of racing games. However my games are bought and paid for and even though I like the thought of unlocking psp's full potential wiv CFW. I feel piracy could be some of the reason why developers are not always keen to push new games for psp!! Anyway enough rant!!
it's up to peeps what they do wiv their psp's. It's such a great system, can't wait to see the next evolution. Watch this space!!![]() |

Welcome to the forum.
I can agree to some extent regarding the use of pirated games seeing as i want to be a developer myself. However i disagree with the large price % increase that we get here in the UK and the retail costs are rediculous. £45 for a game! Thats $90! If i could pay the developers the £10 - £20 they probably sell their games to the wholesaler for then i would do that. Games such as GTA i will buy for my xbox etc but games i wouldnt buy i will download. I do believe digital rights management is going to take over in the next 10 years and prevent all this, but whilst a loop hole is there to be exploited, il exploit it. Anyways, enough ranting, any questions feel free to ask. Kev ![]()
