Hey guys, I'm new here and I just bought a psp online, still waiting for it.

Can't wait to have it, only thing that concerns me is the screen protector.
I've been surfing the net for the best possible protector available and I've went down to 2, Hori and Shieldzone one.

I decided to buy Shieldzone, since it looks more professional and serious. lol :-P
I just wanna know if I did a good decision.

Well I'll let you know what I got:
-PSP Slim Star wars edition.
-Icon Starter Kit
-Logitech Playgear Mod Headphones

2 Games not including star wars one,

-Worms 2 Open Warfare (I always loved that game :-P)
-Untold Legends: The Warriors Code (Looks like baldure gate)

I think I'm well equipped, its just the screen protector that I'm worrying about, I tried puting one on my DS once and I totally screwed up.
The Shieldzone one looks easier to apply though, well I hope so!

I think I'll be liking the PSP since I work nightshift and when I go on my break for 1 hour doing nothing is boring, so finally I'll have something to do!! hehe
I just like the fact that you can play games, music, vids..

My psp should arrive here next week but my psp screen protector only 3 weeks, should I wait for my screen protector before getting it out of the package or I can get it out but not bring it to work?
Is the psp THAT EASY to scratch? I'm very careful with my stuff, especially when new.

I know its alot of questions, I'm excited and I can't wait to have it hehe.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Don't worry about the post being in the wrong section mate, a mod will move it.
Since your getting the slim i'd say just get a case and a screen protector as you said your carefull with new gizmos. I'd say you'll be OK without the screen protector.

Oh sorry about the post, I was browsing the forums then posted and realized I was in the wrong section. :S

I'd say I would be fine without screen protector, I bought one so I'll try it and if I screw up I'll just not put one at all! :-P

It does not say if the case is for the PSP slim or Phat PSP but it is most likely for the Phat PSP.

Oh, I see..
If it doesn't fit well and its too loose or something I can always check on Ebay for one I guess...
Only reason I bought that package is most likely for the usb and the memory stick so I can listen to music
