It means a robot sent out to do peoples evil deeds. (in this case spam) And yeah, it does sound like a bot, or a complete idiot, I mean this is the General Gaming section, and this has NOTHING to do with Gaming at all.

Because it's the "General Gaming" section. Most likely the bots are setup to post in the "general" section of a forum. :P to the Deedeedees and their bots.
