Ani intersting topic. Ive never even picked a DS up, never felt any need to. The markets are completely different, loads of post say "My little brother has one" and id imagine a quite a few people on this forum are over 20. The games are aimed at completely diffent market as far as i can see. the DoD is higher on the PSP than is on the DS. I cant imagine playing Nintendogs on my PSP as im not 9. The Braingame franchise that has proved popular with the older generations was a wise move from nintendo and raked in more market which otherwise wouldnt have bothered with a handheld games system. not to mention they advertised the hell out of it in time for christmas. i dont see much in the way of advertising for the PSP. The PSP equivalent is PQ2 which i just, erm, bought recently. but i havent played on it yet....

Also, the PSP is backwards compatible with 1000's of games, i got my girlfriend thinking about buying one just cos she could play sonic spinball and pokemon lol... as well as a shameless sales pitch citing the benefits of owning one. but she just wanted to play pokemon. So it seems she would be just another DS user had it not been for my timely intervention

PSP for me, cos im not a dribbling child

I like Nintendo products, but I don't think I would buy the DS. IMO, the PSP has alot more and better features.

If you've got a card for the DS, the DS pwns. I got my card this weekend and played the hell out of it, they've got a lot of good homebrew and umn stuff...

I really think DS' are a waste of money. Look at the psp's features and then the DS' features. The psp is a lot more good looking and has a bigger screen. What does DS have, a touch screen and worse graphics. YAYY PSP
