This is quite an interesting topic, I must say.
I owned a DS Lite for a solid six months, and after about three months, I didn't touch it at all. I had quite a few games as well as a memory pack that was loaded with music and videos, but the gimmick kinda wore off, it was a pain in the ass to listen to music on the go, and the videos would lose sync after about 10 minutes. So, I traded the DS in for cash so I could go get a new phone (RAZR that I hacked the crap out of), and now I'm getting the Slim 'n' Lite PSP, so we'll have to see how that goes, but the PSP has a much more solid game line up than the DS did (at least in my eyes), so it will be the better console for me. Yes, FOR ME. Some people like the DS better, and it really is a damn good console, but I absolutely love the PSP and all of it's features. PSP for me guys. |

Yah, I had owned a DS for a few years. It was great but I never would want to admit that I really liked it. I really didnt care for the touch screen/2 screens. Also, it snapped in half, lmao, but thats a different story. So I sold it with everything(on ebay, he knew it was broken, dont worry)and got a PSP. Well, that was probably the best choice I have ever made. i mean, I dont have an Ipod, or anything like that but know I have everything in my psp, and love it!

Just bought two DS-Lites for my kids back in the UK as part of their Christmas presents. I also got them about eight games and a headset etc.
Mustr admit to having a good go with them and was quite surprised indeed.... the sound from them is awesome indeed... one of the games, Mario I think, has surround sound and the birds sound like they are on your shoulders.... am quite impressed indeed.... was tempted to get one myself but after a few seconds the temptation sub-sided.... Love the talking betwenn units... think thats cool. Also didn't realise that there are 400+ official titles for the lite not counting the backward compatable games from the old systems that it can play with. For a kids console it is very flash indeed. Can't we just solve this problem by:
Option 1: getting all the seasons of scrubs, family guy, south park and drawn together and watching them while we eat microwaved steak like the one of Napoleon dynamite? Option 2: Play Some B-Ball. Option 3: carry on with this debate.
