very true. Although i feel the PSP is a better gaming device, i do think nintendo has done better with the DS. IMO

If SONY isn't a better game system producer than Nintendo, then they are tied. The last system the made was Gamecube, which has pretty good graphics, but the game choices SUCK IMO. Maybe the Wii will totally shut out the PS2, but I don't think it will touch PS3.

Will that be an achievment though, a next gen console out selling an current gen console.

Well...that's my point.

I consider both the Wii and the PS3 as a next generation console. And I highly doubt the Wii will be better than PS3.

Even though Nintendo has been in the buisness of making game systems, I think SONY makes better ones. It seems like Nintendo doesn't put too much thought into each system's games.

WOW :shock: Some people would argue that Nintendo's franchises are the best around hands down. With all the Mario's, Zelda's, Metroids and others. I don't think they are leaps and bounds above the competition like some would argue, but you have to at least respect that their games are (for the most part) pretty great. Your opinion is your opinion though and I respect that. :wink:

I am serioulsy thinking about getting the Wii aswell, that FPS i have seen in GAME looks well worth the £150 the Wii will cost, and games at £25 dosent put a dent in your wallet really.

I think nintendo are a class of their own, have different market.

I'm starting to like the DS more and more, though I'd never get one (since my brother has one already). I mean, it has FF! :lol: I know the PSP's going to have Crisis Core, but the one on DS looks great.

Nintendo is a class of their own. I think since the N64 they haven't tried to compete with the giants. It's just too much to beat them. I think they make their niche games, and they do very well with that. They've made the most interesting concepts (motion controller, two screens etc), and have done very well for themselves, considering it's not super mainstream.

Yea, I have to admit. I don't hate the DS anymore...I respect it alot more. It's just that I'm more of a graphics type-of-guy, and I happened to buy a PSP. But DS does have some pretty good games, like that one about your IQ. I played that in GameStop and it was extremely addicting.
