What? This was a horrible controller!!!!! can anybody say "Fisher price"? it was big,had useless chunky C bottons,it's memory pack went mostly unused, and any controller that comes with Diagrams showing how to hold it has a problem....there's more wrong then right with this...um.."thing"

I loved the N64 controller! Out of the 3 main consoles today (GC, PS2, and Xbox/Xbox 360) I prefer the Gamecube controllers. Nintendo's always made comfortable controllers. I don't know about the Wii though... may be good; it doesn't look like it would be confortable though. But yeah, the N64 controller pwned the others. I liked the little button in the back. Not only was it comfortable, but it looked like no other controller.

the n64 controller was the best by far, the c-buttons were perfect for strafing in goldeneye, they should design the same for pc games, i'd prefer that controller than any mouse + keyboard combo.
the Z button was just genious, the analogue was perfect, hell, you could hold the controller in 3 different ways! (though you only used 2)

Maybe it's just because I got used to it by playing so much, but I really like the Dualshock for the PS2. Before that the Genesis controler (six button) was pretty bad*ss, especially for fighting games. The Dreamcast controller was pretty comfortable too.

Yea, I agree with 5u6k0n1t. I've grown up playing mostly PlayStation, so controlling ANYTHING with the PS2 controller is like second nature to me.
(I spent a good five years addicted to SNES when I was younger, but that was of course way before PSX came out)
