PS2 wasn't the killer of the Dreamcast, Sega's attitude towards publishers towards the end of the Megadrive's life was the killer of the Dreamcast. It was for this reason the likes of EA never developed for the console. And a console is only as good as it's games.

guys i still play my sega saturn(best console ever) and i like it better then ps2 cause of the games like nights and sonic and virtua fighter all great games that im still not bored of

and the reason sega went out of buisness(for consoles) was as pagnell said that didt want game producers they wanted there own games and alot of people didnt like them(i did though

More Money never equals Better Games.

EA is a big example. They throw money at games and tart them up but they have no depth. FIFAs an example.

Compare with PES which is magnificant and free flowing.

Also remember Kids, Neither Sony or Microsoft have yet to make a full return on the money they spent on making the PS2 and XBOX. In particular Microsoft whos hard drive nearly klled the XBOX because it cost so much. Only one of the big three has made ANY money backon this current generations money flow. Its the big N. Look if you don't believe me... :lol:

Its a surpise considering sales but they keep making a profit on it.

I dont care why the Sega went out of business, I guess it doesnt matter but if they were as you say such assholes maybe they deserved it, who knows but its a shame they did really, they made niiiiice things....... :mrgreen:

Heres a reason not to by 360 and snage yourselfs a cool as hell PS3.The wait will be worth it. Okay heres the real deal:PS3 will be better,it will tower over 360
like a T-rex faceing off a Raptor.No compation.
