PSP games region-free after all, but UMD movies locked - Engadget

hehe, Told ya games are region free, however, the PS2 isn't... Sadly enough.

That tells you how you can watch a movie region free... No games though.

Wow, I really didn't know that before. And I just told my friend that he needs a CFW psp to play games from Europe...

PlayStation 2 is a Emotion Engine chip,It has been claimed other territories will also get the machine later this year as Sony strives to boost its profitability.PS2 became the fastest game console to reach 100 million units shipped, accomplishing the feat within 5 years and 9 months from its launch
