Yeah, harmless browsing, imo, is not at all wrong.
Browsing through someones personal files and private data on the otherhand, thats invasion of privacy and a whole new kettle of fish.

I agree with Cabe and Bam. I think, however, if the person has a download, or bandwidth, limit that it's not cool. Here in the US I don't think a lot of companies put limits on their service like that, so it's not really an issue here.

Not unless you give it back when you're done.
Breaking into WEP is only fun when you can see the guy get ****ed off through the window.

Wait, Megaman, do you know how to crack WEP keys? If so, I need your help.
EDIT: I was just reading the article, I agree with whoever said this. "In the olden days people had norms about whether you were able to pick apples from someone else's tree. Perhaps it's OK if the branches hang over the road, but not from inside their garden. You have generally shared expectations." However, that one time that Constantine came over, I was sitting on the neighbor's stoop mooching of their internet. All I have to say is oh well, he deserves it, that neighbor sucks. you may argue that it's right because you want to do it yourself, sure I've done it myself, but I still think it's wrong, you could put it in the car way again. If someone left their car unlocked with the keys in it, it's still wrong to steal it, but you're saying it's ok to take it for a spin around the block. Still wrong IMO.
Off Topic: My driving instructor once said back in the 70's he saw the keys in Roger Clarke's (old rally champion guy) Rally Escort and so took it for a drive around the town, just for a laugh, back in the days when rally wasn't as commercial. LMAO Another off topic: god I wish I was old enough to have seen B class rally cars racing, they used to in Clocaenog forest (right next to me) what I would give to see a Lancia Delta, or a 205T16, or an RS200, or an Audi Quattro, or a Metro 6R4 flying past sideways for every corner, BWAPP BWAPP VROOOM TSSHH.
