I already got the computer, my post with a few changes that were my final decisions was a few posts back, maybe page 2?

Ok, so i think i have the funds to buy my PC and Bike insurance and college fees now so im going to try and finalise my PC list.

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ 2.4GHz Socket AM2 L2 1MB 2x512KB Cache

Mobo -Gigabyte GA M57SLI-S4

Disk Drive - NEC Optiarc AD-7170S-0B 18x DVD±RW/DL/RAM Serial ATA OEM

CPU Cooler -OCZ Vindicator AMD AM2 775 CPU Cooler

HDD -Seagate ST3160811AS 160GB 7200.9 SATA II 7200RPM Drive - OEM

RAM -Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz

PSU -Extra Value 550W Gold ATX Silent PSU with PFC and 12cm fan

Graphics card - Suggest me one please!

Totals to £283.97 + cost of the graphics card, which im looking at £60ish, just dont know good manufacturers or nothing. So about £343.87.

Any suggestions or if you notice incompatability please say.

Thats the same Mobo, CPU and RAM as me

Good choices, that processor overclocks like a charm.

For a graphics card I'd recommend an 8600GT like this one Inno3D 8600GT 256MB 128bit DDR3 DVI PCI-E Graphics Card

And also another, less important, suggestion. Is the 160Gb HD the only HD you'll be using?
If so I would suggest getting a bigger drive. 160Gb only goes so far these days. I've personally filled about 600Gb worth of HD space on my current machine.

Cabe, hows about i just buy your PC?

About the HDD, i cant see me using more than 160gigs and when i do (if) then i will get another but 160 will be plenty for me.

I prefer to download games before I buy them rather than spend £30-40 on a new PC game to find its crap. Hense my torrents folder is about 400Gb on its own.

I'm the same way as Cabe, no sense in waisting $50 on a game to find out it's pure ****e.

My torrents folder is VERY close to empty, 2 gigs TOPS right now.
