Do you really need a floppy drive? I just use my floppy drive slot as an extra HDD slot. :P

Looks pretty good though, I've got that exact same HDD, I use it as a secondary HDD, just for keeping all my po...er... Media... :P

You will need a videocard, I'd get a PCI Express x16 one since your motherboard supports it.(Are there any motherboards that don't support x16 anymore?)

Yeah, I was gonna mention that you should try and get a good graphics card, I'd suggest whatever the newest GeForce card is. 8)

I think they're up in the 9s now... Either that or the really high 8s, but i'm pretty sure their in the 9s. I know, I'll look.

Okay, the newest is 8800GTX... You should get it Kev!
Here's the link :P

The most I'd ever put in a computer is like 4 gigs, because more would just be WAY pointless ATM.

True, im just gonna test what 2 gigs is like, then whack in 2 more if need be.

Gonna have to get an 8 series graphics card then.

P.S. i just put Linux Ubuntu onto my 2.0GHz, 256 (sometimes 128  )mb's ram, and a worn out HDD. Worked well, now to get past the compatability issues i was expecting.

I don't know if you bought this already, but I'd change that PSU to an Antec. That PSU is not a trusted name brand in the computer industry. If you go cheap on the PSU and it ****s out, it can take the whole motherboard with it too and destroy the whole computer. I'd get a 7600GT instead of the current. Loose the 1GB stick of ram and get 2 512 sticks and make sure the RAM is dual channel. I'd also go Intel Core 2 Duo but since you have a tight budget I can understand why you went AMD. For a few bucks more you can get a Intel Core 2 Duo E6300, paired up with a Gigabyte S3 Motherboard and blow that ****ty AMD out of the water. Its your call though. But get an Antec PSU and 2 512 sticks that are dual channel. And I think you should get the Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 2x 512s instead of that current ram because the corsair is a much better brand.
