Default Does anyone know how to reconfigure the...

...shortcut buttons on some keyboards? I just got a keyboard with the buttons on the top like Calculator, My Computer, Email, etc. But when I hit the Email button, it takes me to outlook express, is it possible to have it open up hotmail.com when I hit it?

Try changing the Outlook link in your Start menu to Hotmail. Worked for me.

Right click the Start menu, click properties, open the start menu tab, click customize, and toward the bottom where it says "show on start menu" you can choose which e-mail it links. There will either be a Hotmail option or a Windows Live Mail option, they're both the same. Hopefully it works for you.

Darn, that didn't work for me, all that did was change the Application under the internet application when I hit the start button. Maybe if I go mess around in the control panel.

Change your internet options. There's a tab that lets you change default programs IE (and other web browsers) use in certain situations. Like Notepad (assuming you're using Windows) for when you look at html code.

If the keyboard came with an install cd. Well the best thing to do would to install it. Most times the keyboad will come with software that will alloow you to reconfigure all the keys at the top of the keyboard to what ever game or app you want to loadwhen you hit the key.

Everytime I had a keyboard like that all I had to do was to go keyboard settings in Control Panel, regardless of whether it came with the computer of not.
