Default VLC Media Player

Just thought I'd post the link to this media player as no doubt it'll come in handy since it plays just about every format under the sun.

If for some reason I can't watch a video in any other player because none of them recognise the format chances are VLC will play it.

^^ I still use other players most of the time because I like the interfaces better.

Another cool thing VLC does if you put a DVD in it skips all the adds and so on at the start which normal DVD players don't let you skip

I use it because it lays all formats and you can boost volume up to 200%.

I use that, that's the only one I use for videos, than I use Windows Media Player to play music. Every once in a while I'll play a movie with Windows Media Player, but most the time it's VLC.

Yeah, this program is great. I discovered a few years ago, and it's the only one I've used for movies since. Plays most formats without any problems, not all the crap WMP puts on me. WMP is great for music though.
