Pentium 133mhz
24mb RAM
1GB HDD

and a laptop thats 2.4ghz, 256mb ram, 20gb HDD

1.9 GHz
128 MB ram (soon to be 1 gig)
80 gig hard drive


Also going to reinstall windows and wipe my hard drive clean soon, any help on this would be nice.

Also, quick question, when you first got your PC, was it real quiet, and now it makes a sound when the CPU is being accessed or the hard drive maybe?

HDD is your problem there...CPU doesn't make any sound if I am correct...or mabey its just your fan... :roll:
