i need some help again
![]() k on my ps3 im getting 1mb/s still... on my pc though, with my ps3 turned off, the max i got was at pspdemocenter at around 500kb/s... download.com goes at around 30kb/s, but the other day it was like 1000kb/s, like my ps3.

Ok, here is the deal. The only way you can really judge your ISP is through the speedtests such as Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test. All the downloads you make should not be treated as a measure. The reason for that is servers often limit the speed at which you download things from them. That is in no way linked to your ISP, it is simply websites doing that to save money on bandwidth.

nvm, well the speedtest was low because it was the weekend so more people were using the innernet, and i heard cable gets slowdowns? anyways its fine now. and that one download went slow probably because where it was hosted or something, because i just tried another and i was going 1+mb/s ... sorry for the... well bitching
