Hey, I really like the layout of the site, and I was curious as to who hosts it? whether its free or do you pay monthly?

Nobody hosts the template. A company hosts the forum SCRIPT. And yes there is obviously a fee as the only good hosting does cost money.

WHOOOOO! Number 1!

The previous owners (like Luke and J_stroh) payed a monthly fee to keep the website up. I think that PSP_forum does the same.
