Ads on the side

Been getting this for a few days now, not sure if its a big deal. Instead of showing advertisements or what have you, it shows this:

Appears to be gone now. 8)

EDIT: it appears that the problem only happens in IE, not FireFox.

It just doesn't appear when I'm using FireFox. I guess it gives the site owner to actually come back to the site.
