Interesting thread. In my humble opinion this is one of the friendliest and less threatening forums about. We have no bully thugs or verbal nonsense that most forums have. We have our 'debates' and this is a good thing.

The rules are VERY simple and if people just read them then all is fine. The banning process is used to keep spammers or frequent rule busters out... also it is used to keep the peace within the forum by removing unwanted parties.

The Mods do a cracking job ay keeping the peace and filtering out these 'unwanted parties' and at times we all make mistakes but in general this forum is a VERY friendly place.

I agree with Kev, we tolerate and actually help people where the only response they'd get at other forums are things like "OMFG!!! LOOK AT THAT NOOOOOB!!" "hehehe NOOB sounds like BOOB!" "NOOB does sound like BOOB huh?" "NOOB BOOB!!" "What were we talking about again?" "I don't know, some noob boob asked a question that I don't really know an answer to, but instead of owning up, I decided to make fun of him"

Sorry for the rant (right word?), but a lot of threads on other forums do go like that. :P
