Hell my philosophy is lift (wieghts) till I dye! It'll keep me in the clear about this whole blatter thing. And by the time I'm 100 years old, I'll just pop an Intel Core 4 Quad in a 4 way SLI with a bazillion teraflops of memory in my memorystick pro 4 quad...that I slip into an embeded slot on my body...hell I wont be able to forget anything!

Either that or you can fight off the other radio-active mutants for food. It can go both ways.

I don't want to live past my 50s.

Yeah, it seems to me once you get into your 60s that's when your body starts to break down and I don't want to go through that at all.

Vamp... me old mate.... some people stay active well into their 90's... it all depends on genetics and the lifestyle you lead (have led).

I have discovered (in my case) that the abuse I put my body through as a nipper I am now paying for it now.
Numerous accidents (bikes, car and boat crashes), numerous sports injuries (Rugby Union, hockey, shooting(Don't ask)), Saturday night punch ups down the pub, boozing sessions for days on end... hell man you get the idea... well they take their toll on the old body and I am paying for the fun I had as a nipper... hell I would not go back and change anything again... well maybe a couple of things eh hahahahahahaha... well you get the idea.... at the end of the day the genetics are all planned for you and to some degree luck has a lot to do with it..... lets just say it's a lottery but you can help towards winning by your life style.

My girlfriends Grandpa is 94 and is now starting to loose his mental ability so i decided to get him a hooker for a few hours before he er... would not know what to do with her... he said he was so chuffed that I had thought of that for him as all his other needs are cattered for (food, clothing, housing, washing etc) but graciously declined... but you get the point... age can be just a state of mind.

Enjoy life as you do not know what is around the corner.

Des

Great words of advice Des, I totally agree with everything you said.

Like you said, we don't know what the future holds, so it's important to me to enjoy every day like it was my last.

Like you, I lead a pretty rough lifestyle, that's one reason I don't wanna grow old. I know I'm gonna end up paying for it when I get older like you.

Oh well, cheers to today.

EDIT: I had to remove one word in this post, 10 points who can guess what word i removed lol - Kernel Kev
