Privileged User Upgrade

Due to spammers using the new album feature to post unwanted images and using the linking system to promote unwanted sites i have disabled the use of this feature from the registered users user group.

A new user group has been created with all the previous features and all members who request this upgrade will be promoted based on posts made by said user and general activity within this community.

This will stop the spammers and the unwanted albums (unwanted for most of us...HR) so please put in your request here to be upgraded.

Mods, you can ignore this, your accounts are not affected.

Ahhh, i notice your user title changed as i put you into that usergroup. Will need to set up the same user ranking system as the reular users have.
