I wont go into major detail because of the rules here but the first attempt it was possible for LIVE to track such games, but now they have found a way to make them EXACT replicas to originals. And if it can be done over LIVE (imo is more advanced that PSN) then i would bet a fair amount that the PS3 is going to be hacked.

It may be hacked, but only advanced users will be able to use it. As you can see with live, almost everyone with a hacked 360 got banned.
