Like samestory said, the PSU is WAY more than enough.
For the fan, this would have to be my favorite choice.

I got one a couple rigs back, I LOVED it, it was soooo quiet and cooled the hell out of my CPU, only downside is that it was pretty big...
And for the RAM, if you can fit it into your budget, I'd get a more known brand, also if you get 4 sticks of 1 GB ram, it'll have better memory management and thus better performance. I'd go with something like this.
