Hmm...I haven't heard of this problem before. You might want to check if there is an update to Max Media Pro Manager that fixes your problem. Check their website or call the company if you payed for this program.
Also, in reality, if you're just using it to load pics and music, you don't need any kind of program, you can just copy and paste your files into the appropriate folders.
