The only way to watch youtube videos is either with PSPtube which is an application that only works with CF or 1.5 OR use what sg4real told you, download the video then convert to MP4.
I don't know what you don't understand about the flash player. You have flash 6 and youtube uses flash 8/9 so therefore because youtube uses a higher version of flash you cannot watch it on your PSP. Also it doesn't say on the PSP it has flash 6.
