I think it's better than Tekken 5 in both areas. In my opinion the graphics are pretty even, but they just look better on the PSP for me because it doesn't seem like it should be able to display graphics that good.
Gameplay wise, they play almost identical with the exception of new characters and moves so once again the PSP game's better. It's a great game, highly recommended if you're a Tekken fan.
