Sorry to bring up this topic, especially with a double post, but did you ever find out what the program that converts on the fly with rewinding and fast forwarding is?

EDIT: Okay, I think I may have found a good one. It's called Xploder Media Center, it looks good and sounds like it converts on the fly and you can rewind and fast forward, only thing is it's $40. I think I'll still get it though...

EDIT 2: I guess that it's just for the original Xbox or something? Also, it'd mod the Xbox, and I don't want to do that, they'll ban me.
