Just make a backup of everything you need on a couple CDs or something, than pop in the CD, and reboot the computer, than when it says "Press any key to boot from CD" Press any key, than it'll run through some crap, Than tell choose the top one, I forget what it is, than tell it to just completely reinstall Windows XP, not just repair it, it'll go to a screen about partitions, I usually delete the partition, than make a new one and install Windows on that, than when you continue past the partition screen, it'll ask you how you want to format, if you're impatient, do NTFS(quick), if you're not, I'd do NTFS(the not quick one) It doesn't take a REALLY long time to do it the long way, but than after that's done, it'll put some files on, than restart, this time don't push the button, just let it be, it'll bring you to a blue screen telling you that it's installing, Past that's self explanatory.

Also, I remember reading an article a while about about how you can get windows XP to Install itself by putting your LEGAL(NON-BOOTLEG) XP CD into the computer, than ripping a LEGAL ISO, and than changing some files, does anyone know what I'm taking about? Because that'd come in handy when I'm being lazy...
