Debatable. I have a friend who is in his mid twenties but looks about 15 - he hates it. It makes it a nightmare getting served in bars and pulling chicks is even worse.
I'm strange in that I looked older than my age when I was in my mid teens (I never had a problem getting served before I was eighteen) but I don't know one person who thinks I now look older than 30 despite turning 36 later this year.
Getting a bit of grey hair on my temples though! :cry:
