Ok I think I need to, well, format my laptop. I is running as slow as f**k and I think it has like a million viruses on it and every time I try to load Norton it becomes non-responsive.

So I need help with how to format my computer and reload Windows as I have never done it before. Oh and I have the Windows backup disc. Now what do I have to do??
