If you are using a home broadband setup, you probably are.
If you can, go to start>run and type "cmd"
It should open a black command window (old dos stuff :twisted: )
in the window type, "ipconfig /all"
You'll get a lot of technical looking stuff on the screen. You should see something that says "DHCP enabled". If that says Yes then the your PC and your router is running DHCP.
As for config. Check the user manual, or if you don't have it check on the manufacturers web site for a downloadable one.
